Replicating the action of winching the sail on a sailing boat, the NOHRD WaterGrinder ergometer works by crank motion, delivering an intense cardio and strength workout.

This upper body erg has easy-to-grip crank handles that can be set to 8 positions adjust resistance: the smaller the rotation radius, the higher the intensity. The touchscreen performance monitor can be swiveled to either side of the machine, ensuring easy visibility from any training position.
At the WaterGrinder’s core lies the water tank with its ergonomically shaped paddle, providing smooth and even water resistance during your workout. The harder you crank, the more intense the resistance. You can sit or stand on either side of the WaterGrinder to train by pushing or pulling the handles. The seat is adjustable in height, while the wide foot positions of the frame make it suitable for wheelchair users.
